Arche company is currently a leader in the revitalization of historic buildings,
where it opens hotels. It already owns 20 hotels in its collection.

Most of them operate within the Arche Investment System, patented at the Patent Office in March 2022. This is a proprietary system for investing in non-residential premises within hotel buildings. The business mechanism of the Arche System has been developed over several years in cooperation with our investors. Many of our clients are owners of hotel rooms in various Arche hotels. Purchasing a non-residential unit (hotel room) is an excellent alternative to buying an apartment or commercial rental space.Arche builds, sells, and manages all hotels.

How does the Arche System® work? The client decides to purchase a non-residential unit, a hotel room, and signs a preliminary agreement along with a lease agreement, which is an integral part of the preliminary agreement and will eventually be an appendix to the final agreement. The price the client pays is the price of a finished and furnished room. At the construction stage, during the preliminary agreement period, the client has the right to withdraw from the agreement or transfer the funds to another Arche investment. Meanwhile, Arche recruits a director, who then successively recruits the team, so that the hotel can start operating at full capacity upon opening.
Near the end of construction, conferences, trainings, and events for future dates are contracted by them. When construction is completed and the building permit is obtained, the lease agreement comes into effect, specifying the conditions for deriving profits from the hotel. In the month following 61 days after the occupancy permit, the investor receives their first monthly profit. The client gains profits from the entire operational activity of the hotel. This is very important because we have not encountered another such solution on the market. The room might never be rented, yet the client still receives a profit at the end of the month based on the actual hotel revenues. Of course, it may happen that the hotel earns nothing in a given month, so the investor will not receive any remuneration. However, on an annual basis, they cannot receive less than 5% calculated from the net price of the unit for which the premises were purchased. There is no upper limit. If the hotel earns e.g. 7%, 8%, or 14%, the client receives the same percentage. If the hotel achieves less, the client still receives a compensation up to 5%. In such a case Arche supplements the client's minimum annual remuneration. Except for the difficult Covid period, we have not recorded such a situation. Why is it worth it?We will propose to you the right investment to fully satisfy your needs, not only financial but also less visible – empathetic. Some hotels are under construction, and you can already start earning profits from some of them!

The most important of these include: the risk of not achieving satisfactory profits due to insufficient interest of clients in the main services provided by the hotel (accommodation, catering, conferences), or, in case of intent to sell the property, the risk related to the possible selling price of the property and the time needed to find interested buyers."
