Artistic Handicraft Workshop
In the Artistic Handicraft Workshop, which is an integral part of the Lena Grochowska Foundation, more than 70 people with intellectual disabilities, Down syndrome, Asperger's syndrome, or on the autism spectrum are employed. In the foundation's four branches, they create unique ceramics, interior decorations, paintings, textiles, and artisanal baked goods. The network of social toMy cafes, run by the foundation, becomes a place of social integration. The foundation's brand products are available in physical stores and online.

Aid for Refugees from Ukraine
A network of five Refugee Homes has been created, providing long-term support to people fleeing the war. Every day, 1300 people can count on assistance.

The OdBudowa project, implemented by the Lena Grochowska Foundation with the participation of the Arche Group, focuses on creating stable housing and offering comprehensive assistance to homeless people, helping them regain independence.

Organization of Cultural and Sports Events
The Arche Group combines the world of amateur and professional art, supporting the development of young talents and showcasing the creativity of people with disabilities. The Triathlon and Paratriathlon Kraina Bugu in Janów Podlaski and the Paratriathlon Kraina Liwca in Łochów are also organized.
